報告、轉介書以及病人個人資料保留政策

我們注重病人資料的私隱，化驗報告及轉介書的記錄會在電腦中保存4年，因電腦系統的不斷更新及資料庫的定期整合，時間太長的資料將存在一定受影響的風險，五年前的報告將不會接受查詢，敬請留意。為確保化驗質素，顧客的資料如姓名、出生日期、性別、身份證號碼以及聯絡電話等將會被收集及作有關檢驗用途，此等資料將案本化驗所的資料庫保存政策來保存，保存期滿後，便會自動銷毁

Report, referral and patient personal data retention policy

We attach great importance to the privacy of patient information. The records of test reports and referrals will be kept in the computer for 4 years. Due to the continuous updating of the computer system and the regular integration of the database, data that is too old will be at risk of being affected. Reports older than 5 years will not be accepted for inquiry. Please note. To ensure the quality of the test, customer information such as name, date of birth, gender, ID number and contact number will be collected and used for the relevant test purposes. Such information will be kept in accordance with the database retention policy of the case laboratory and will be automatically destroyed after the retention period expires.

您可以透過郵件brightgrowth@hotmail.com進行投訴舉報，請在舉報時提供盡可能詳細的資訊。我們也接受匿名投訴，但我們可能無法聯絡您收集進一步的必要資訊或告知您調查結果。如果您提供姓名和聯絡方式，請放心，我們將竭盡全力保護您投訴的隱私和匿名性。所有投訴都會在收到郵件後一周內進行調查並記錄，您將收到投訴正在調查的確認函。

Customer complaint policy

Complaints can be reported and mail to brightgrowth@hotmail.com, please kindly provide as much as information as possible when reporting a complaint. An anonymous complaint can also be accepted but we may not be able to contact you to gather any further necessary information or to inform you of the outcome of the investigation. If you provide your name and contact information, you can be assured that everything will be done to protect the privacy and anonymity of your complaint. Every complaint is investigated and documented in one week after we receiving the email, you will receive acknowledgement that the complaint is being investigated.
